Kaliabor College, Nagaon: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Kaliabor College, Nagaon, was founded in 1969 and is currently a co-educational affiliated college in Kuwaritol, Kaliabor, Nagaon district of Assam. The 13.5 acre campus houses 3,135 students and 77 faculty members. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has accredited the college and has released accreditation, valid until 27 February 2024. The college offers 27 courses in 11 degrees. 

This college has many facilities encouraging student learning and overall development. The central library of the college acts as a knowledge store holding over 42,000 books along with 12 journals, 13 newspapers, and 10 magasines. It also has e-resource facilities. Separate hostels for boys and girls have been accommodated for a comfortable stay.

The different academic programs that are currently running in Kaliabor College, at present, the college comprises 27 different courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The college offers 22 full-time undergraduate courses and 5 postgraduate courses. Some of the others include self-financed courses like B.Sc. Biotechnology, BCA, BBA, and B.Voc in Small Tea Garden Management and Tourism and Service Industry.

The admission procedure of Kaliabor College is largely merit-based, considering the last qualifying exam performances of the candidates that apply.
