Kalna Polytechnic, Bardhaman: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Kalna Polytechnic, founded in 2001, is one of the affiliated colleges at Kalna, Bardhaman district of West Bengal, India. This technical institution is approved by the AICTE, and it provides diplomas in various branches of engineering. The compact area of 2.8-acre campus with an enrolment of 310, and it is manned by 12 faculty members. The institute offers three full-time diploma courses. Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, and Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. 

The polytechnic has various facilities to enhance the academic and personal development of the students. The Kalna Polytechnic has a well-equipped library as the knowledge centre and departmental laboratories where students can acquaint themselves with practical skills, part and parcel of technical education. Kalna Polytechnic has a concentrated variety of diploma courses, and all the courses are full-time. The institute presently offers three diploma courses. Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, and Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. These are three-year diploma-oriented programs, which improve practical skills and theoretical knowledge in respective fields of study, preparing entry-level participants for industry employment or further studies in the field of engineering.
