Kanglu Kumhar Government College, Durgukondal Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College library is the brain of the institution. It is an important component of the institution for the teaching-learning process. Our college library has good collection of old and modern books. We have approximately 6077 books to satisfy the learning needs of the students and teachers. First, the purchasing committee takes a list of books from the HODs and other faculty members of different departments according to the syllabus and follows the store and purchase rules of the government of Chhattisgarh. Our institution always pays attention to enriching the library. Our institution has been newly built due to this we do not have this integrated library management system [ILMS], E-books E-Library, or automated attendance monitory system. The Kanglu Kumhar Govt. College is up to the graduate level, and here no post for the librarian is sanctioned, so looking at this drawback college arranged one in charge from another faculty member who took charge of the library along with his work. The institution has committed to taking the plans that are afoot for library automation with the integrated library management system [ILMS]. And very soon the e-library will be developed in our institution. The college is working on it. The amount has been sanctioned and it is processed by the institution.

Students are provided opportunities to participate in various games and sports such as races, marathons, cross country races, Chess , Kabaddi, Volleyball, Cricket, Badminton, Football, Kho-Kho, etc.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.
