JNU Delhi Facilities

Jawaharlal Nehru University offers a number of facilities to its students for their ease and comfort. JNU facilities are made easily accessible to all students and staff. Some of the JNU facilities include separate hostels for both girls and boys that have a mess and sports facilities as well, a library with a wide collection of physical and e-resources, sports facilities for cricket, football, badminton, volleyball, basketball, an auditorium for events purposes, among other things.

Other Jawaharlal Nehru University facilities include departmental-based laboratories, cafeteria, medical facilities, wi-fi, and 3 guest houses, among other thing. The facilities offered by Jawaharlal Nehru University help in the overall growth of the students.

Boys Hostel
JNU hostel facilities include a total of 18 hostels out of which some are reserved exclusively for the boy students. The hostel also has medical and sports facilities for the students.
Medical/Hospital
JNU has a Health Centre that is available for all students in case of medical emergencies.
Gym
JNU has a gym for the use of students. The gym is easily accessible to all the students and it helps the students in keeping a check on their health.

I.T Infrastructure
JNU has a modern IT infrastructure for the benefit of students. This facility provides the students with a better opportunity of practical and theoretical learning.
Cafeteria
JNU has a cafeteria located within the campus. The canteen offers hygienic food items to students, staff and faculty at pocket-friendly rates.
Auditorium
All the major events and seminars of the college take place in the auditorium of the university. The auditorium is open to use by all students.
Alumni Associations
The university has a good networking for the alumni association.
Wifi
The college has high-speed wi-fi in labs, library, hostel, guest house and even in auditoriums and seminar halls.
Laboratories
JNU laboratory facilities include multiple departmental-based laboratories for the practical learning of the students.
Guest Room/Waiting Room
JNU guest room facilities include 3 guest houses namely Aravali Guest House and Aravali International Guest House and Gomti Guest House all of which are dedicated to accommodating official guests of JNU, workshops, seminars and many more.
Convenience Store
There are a few convenience stores on campus that provide basic stationary facilities to students.

The university’s Central Library is a notable resource, along with well-equipped labs and digital facilities. Hostel facilities offer basic amenities, including internet, dining, and recreational spaces. Sports facilities are available, along with medical support on campus. While JNU’s infrastructure is generally strong, some buildings and hostels could benefit from modernization. The university administration is actively working on upgrades, ensuring the campus meets the needs of its growing student body. Overall, JNU’s infrastructure fosters a balanced, academically enriching experience.

College infrastructure of JNU is huge and impressive. At JNU, you can see a strong college infrastructure which offers students a supportive learning atmosphere, featuring contemporary academic buildings, advanced laboratories, and well-stocked libraries. College Infrastructure

Facilities available are Wi-Fi, Classrooms, Library, reading room. Hostel facilities are very good in terms of food, washrooms and rooms. The quality of food in the SIS building is very good, and the medical facility is available 24 hrs in the campus. Sports and games facilities are available in the campus.

The CUET exam is scored out of 800 and is made up of multiple-choice questions. The cut-off is based on the candidate's percentile. To calculate the percentile, divide the number of candidates who scored the same or less than a candidate by the total number of candidates who took the exam, and then multiply by 100.

The cutoff decides on percentile of marks so the cutoff percentile is around 70 to 80 for st category candidates in CUET exam for uG courses as per previous years trends but if paper is easy it may goes up so be prepared for the exam.
