An affiliated college, Kanti-Darshan Shaikshanik and Computer Prashikshan Sansthan, Bhilai, was established in the year 2008 located in Kosha Nagar, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. This is a co-educational institution duly recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi, with exclusively designed professional programmes in education. Campus The compact 1 acres campus covers the institute that admits a total of 100 students, however, the faculty strength is only 8. Two full-time courses have been offered at the institute: B.Ed., targeted for teacher education and D.El.Ed., targeted for elementary education. Various facilities are provided to support learning and other aspects of student development in the campus.

 Kanti-Darshan Shaikshanik and Computer Prashikshan Sansthan has a well-equipped library, which can be termed as a knowledge hub with all the basic facilities necessary to carry out academic pursuits, sports facilities to improve physical fitness and team spirit among its students, an auditorium where events and seminars take place and help in the creation of a happening campus, a medical facility with first aid for health and wellness. It also provides residential facilities to those students who need them through boys' and girls' hostels within its campus. Modern IT infrastructures are also afforded to the students for study purposes. Refreshment through cafeteria, gym for health-conscious, guest rooms for visiting faculties or family members are some of the other facilities. 

Kanti-Darshan Shaikshanik and Computer Prashikshan Sansthan offers two full-time courses in all, and all of them fall under the category of Education. Sanctioned Intake The sanctioned intake of the B.Ed. programme is 100 and for D.El.Ed, it is 50. The former imparts a course in Bachelor of Education. The latter imparts diploma course in Elementary Education. This will definitely lead the students to a career in teaching and educational administration. This aspect of emphasis on teacher training by the institution helps in developing competent teachers for the locale. 

Admission to B.Ed. is according to the state Government's policy, UT Administration's policy or that of affiliated university. Admission to D.El.Ed. is done as per the policy laid down by State Government or UT Administration. A network like this would greatly assist the existing students by creating individuals who might mentor or provide them with opportunities within the education arena.
