Karnal Jagannath Singh Mahavidyalaya is situated at Ambedkar Nagar in Uttar Pradesh and it was established in 2010. Located at pithapur ,Saraiya this college has a campus area of 2.5 acres. The institute is approved from National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) which shows its dedication for quality education in teacher training field. This makes the overall student enrollment capacity to be 488 and has 21 members of faculties meaning that the college has a pleasant ratio of student to teacher. The college has facilities that were created in an effort to assist students in every way possible in their college education.

The college also provides convent laboratory meant for the practical knowledge to every department separately. With respect to course that is offered by present college Karnal Jagannath Singh Mahavidyalaya offers one full-time course now a days that is Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed.). This course takes two years and will equip the student with knowledge to perhaps start a teaching profession at the basic level. The college has an approved intake capacity of 50 new students for this course, for teachers training in the said region. Even though this is the only program offered by the institute at the present moment, the dedication to teacher education is evident in this NCTE approved institute’s program offering.

The admissions in Karnal Jagannath Singh Mahavidyalaya are according to the norms set by the state government and the UT administration.
