This college doesn't have any proper facilities like computer labs , auditorium, equipment in lab,no proper placement cell. Classroom here are not maintained properly.even the living spaces are not clean
I have studied my bsc computer science degree . The quality of teaching is not up to mark they dont encourage or development students in the studies. They don't even provide extra cources needed with this degree
Their where no placement nor internships for students.may be2lakhs was the highest package . Their were no proper placement for the students college management didn't show any intrest for placement they left it for students
College infrastructure is comparatively well built and better off than other regular private institutions. Hygienic classrooms, washrooms and we'll maintained campus surroundings make college life interesting here.
While the cultural fests and extra curricular activities of the college excite students, The academics is also given enough weightage and attention in the college in a freindly manner from the lectures as well as the administrators.
At the graduation level, placements are given to the students. Students also have hostel facilities which are safe enough. Placements from MNCs are a good start for any graduate and that's provided in kasturba campus at graduation level.
5 Years ago, the fee for graduation was around 10k per annum. It might have raised to some extent undoubtedly. But I can assure the fees would be reasonable as the college always focus more from students' point of view rather than exploiting them.
I love the campus of Kasturba Gandhi college for its peaceful nature bounded environment and the pleasant experience of studies along with it. Students are from the respected classes and lectures there are highly freindly as well as knowledgeable enough to provide exposure to academics & cultural, ethical, moral values.
There is the library, Gym and the canteen facilities in addition to the academics.
The college has all the facilities like labs, library, hostel, etc. The equipment is in good condition. The classrooms are fine. The living spaces are clean. The campus life is fun and full of life with many competitions and activities around the corner.
I completed my B.sc-BZC at Kasturba Gandhi Degree College as it was near my home. I dint regret joining there as it has updated curriculum. The labs are conducted regularly. It helped me improve my practical knowledge.
The placements are okay. The average salary was around 2.5lk. Most of us were interested in pursuing higher studies so didnt apply for any placements. The staff is supportive in the placement process.
It costed around 80k for 3 years of my degree. I didnt feel i got my money's worth as the cost was suddenly increased the year i joined the college. Previously it was around 15k.
The campus is decent, with a garden, labs that are well maintained. Students can take part in various activities and competitions conducted by various departments.
