Katwa College, Burdwan, established in 1948, is one of the prominent higher educational institutions in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal. It is an NAAC accredited affiliated college that provides undergraduate courses to students enrolling from all the streams of arts and science and commerce. The campus has a compound area of 10 acres, and Katwa College has a present strength of students to the amount of 1,511, comprising 45% males and 55% females to maintain a decent gender balance.
