KCM Army College of Education was established in the year 2008. Located in Bhiwani, Haryana, it is a college of teacher education affiliated with a National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The College is fully based on 4 spacious acres and befitting buildings. KCM Army College of Education has a total enrolment of 187 students and a staffing of 7, thus taking interest in students one on one and giving them quality education. It is a co-educational college and gives open consideration toward gender equality: to both men and women in the same levels of education.

Admissions to KCM Army College of Education are merit-based, considering marks obtained by the student in the previous qualifying exam and/or in the entrance test.
