Kedar Nath Girdharilal Khatri P.G. College, Moradabad was founded in the year 1948. This has been one of the oldest institutions of learning in Uttar Pradesh, India. This affiliated college has been shaping minds since its inception more than seven decades back. The institution has been approved by the Bar Council of India and consists of a student body of 4,814 and a faculty of 65 members. The institution lays much emphasis on education, which gets reflected in its impressive student-faculty ratio, so that every student receives personal attention and quality instruction in all its academic streams of arts, commerce, science, and law.

The approved intake of the LLB programme is 300, which makes the institution one of the strongest in legal education.
