Degree wise Admission Process
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education): KG Prasada Rao ANR College, Gudivada, shall have 100 seats available at the B.Ed. program. Admission for this program shall be carried out through the Common Entrance Test (CET) presently in vogue under the aegis of the Government of Andhra Pradesh. All the following processes concerning the admission shall be in accordance with the rules framed by the NCTE to quality assurance in the admissions process. Candidates have to pass through the CET and meet with the eligibility criteria determined by the Government of State to stand under consideration for admission.
M.Ed (Master of Education): This college sanctions intake of a total of 50 seats for the M.Ed program. The criterion upon which students would be selected on the merit list will depend on their marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance tests. For M.Ed admission, this selection process may differ according to the established policies and guidelines determined by the state government. To qualify for admission, candidates need to have a relevant bachelor's degree in education or its equivalent.
D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education): The D.El.Ed course in the college has an intake of 50 seats. Just like the M.Ed program, D.El.Ed offerings will also be done on merit. The entry demands achievement in the qualifying examination and/or in entrance tests, according to the policies of the state government. This program is aimed at students hoping to teach in the elementary grades.
