Established in 2009, Khurda School of Nursing, is an independent institution of learning situated in Khordha district of Odisha. This is a co-educational institution affiliated to INC offering intensive nursing education on a small bar area of 0.49512 acre. At the current time, the institute manages to admit sixty students total, and is staffed by a faculty of seven members. Khurda School of Nursing lays emphasis on education in nursing providing only one programme with one specialisation in Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM).

This has meant that each year the institution has an approved capacity of taking 30 students to make a total of 60 students. ANM course is a basic course that aims at producing quality and competent health officers who will fit into health system in performing vital functions in health care especially in mother and child care, community and nursing care functions.  The admission criteria in Khurda School of Nursing intends to enroll able and committed students in their ANM course.
