About Kings College of Engineering, Pudukottai
Kings College of Engineering, Pudukottai (KCE) is one of the self-financing private institution, established in the year 2001 located in the heart of Tamilnadu. NAAC ‘B++’ accredited, KCE was established to deliver AICTE approved degree courses at the UG, PG, and doctoral level. Presently, the 50 acre land is host to 884 students and comprises a faculty of 100 members. KCE offers 13 courses in 3 degrees and focuses on different kinds of engineering.
Kings College of Engineering Pudukottai has all the modern amenities in helping to give the student an enriching academic environment and campus life. The college has providing the neat and clean looking boys and girls hostel with round the clock water and studying facilities. At the centre of each campus; there is a large 12,000 sq. ft. cafeteria to meet the eating requirements of the campus users. The fully computerised library occupies total space of 1164 sq meters. It contains more than thirty two thousand books with various kinds of digital resources available to the users. It also has a health centre with 24 hours medical facilities; well-equipped sports complex having facilities of floodlit courts and an excellent IT support including WI-FI Internet facility on campus.
Kings College of Engineering has eleven courses in all and it offers full time undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The courses offered by the college are BE programmes, B.Tech programmes and ME programmes. In the latest academic year, the number of graduates that produced this institution remained high, which shows the bearer of the KCE goal was academic excellence. Herein, engineering courses presented by the college are highly specialised to cover all the recommended profession and market niches.
