Kingway Technical Institute B.Ed. College, Kulharia, was established in the year 2012 and is affiliated with any college in Bihar, India. This is a co-educational teacher education institute on G.T. Road, Kaimur district. This occupies an area of 3 acres, and its programs are approved by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi, hence ensuring quality. With the present enrolment of 73 students, and a faculty strength of 24, the Kingway Technical Institute offers an ideal learning environment to the aspiring educators.

Apart from these, the college offers a Diploma in Elementary Education—a two-year full-time course with 50 seats. 

 The admission process to Kingway Technical Institute is merit-based, in terms of marks obtained in the qualifying examinations and/or entrance tests. In the case of the B.Ed. programme, it is in accordance with state government, UT administration, and affiliated university policies. The admission pattern into the D.El.Ed. course follows that prescribed by the state government. This thereby makes admissions fair and standard for a student seeking to become a teacher.
