KITE College of Professional Engineering Sciences was set up in 2008 as co-educational college situated in Shabad, Ranga Reddy District in Telangana state. This institute provides all level of engineering courses including undergraduate and postgraduate level engineering courses. This college has achieved following the approval of AICTE, allowing KITE College to emerge as a contender in the technical education sector in the region. The college has 86 faculty members fully committed to offer focused training to students irrespective of the specialisations offered in the college.

KITE College has relevant amenities on its campus to meet the academic as well as the individual needs of the learners. The college possesses each boys and girl’s hostel that are well furnished and equipped with all essential amenities to propagate a relaxed comfortable dwelling for those who wish to live within the college compound. A library well equipped provides all the academic needs for the students by providing them with a wide range of reading materials. Another important strength is strong I.T infrastructure, crucial for the college functioning in the conditions of fast development of engineering and other technologies.

In total, KITE College of Professional Engineering Sciences teaches 6 courses and is available at 2 levels of degree. The institute offers 4 undergraduate programmes in Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and two postgraduate programmes in Master of Technology (M.Tech.) All are full time programmes. The BE programmes take four years for completion whereas the M.Tech programmes take two years of completion respectively. The college has an admission strength, with 360 students per year intake capacity in BE programmes and additional 36 students in M.Tech programmes totaling to 396 students annually in all disciplines. BE courses include Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical, Computer Science and engineering, and Electrical and Electronics.

In general, engineering colleges often take judgments based on performance in 10+2 or equivalent examinations especially Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
