Eligibility Criteria
- XII Std. (Science) passed in 10+2 pattern from Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary Education or an equivalent Examination, with PCB or PCMB or PCM and English, and
- Obtained score in Common Entrance Test (PCB/PCM) of the respective year conducted by the competent authority.
- The candidate who has passed the qualifying examination without Biology / Mathematics shall have to complete deficiency courses as prescribed by the respective university.
Admission Details
- Out of the total seats, 80% are filled by MPKV, Rahuri, and MCAER, Pune on a merit basis, rest 20% are filled through Management Quota.
- State Common Entrance Test has been done mandatory for admission to the Undergraduate Courses (Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Agricultural Business Management) in Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri, Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth, Akola, Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani and Dr.Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli in Maharashtra State. However, JEE / NEET / AIEEA-UG (All India Entrance Examination Test for Admission- conducted by Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi) examinations will also be considered instead of MHT-CET.
