The college was established in 2012 affiliated to KLE Society which is popularly known as College of Commerce, BVB Campus, Hubli, Karnataka. This affiliated college located in a small area of 1.5 acres of land provides solely commerce education. The college has the strength of 276 students for the total intake and has a faculty of 17 members that assure close interaction. This focused institution maintains education quality through provision of a single degree programme, the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). Thus, through such type of specialisation it becomes possible for a college to channelise its efforts and skill in order to provide the best in commerce education.

The college has a number of convenient other facilities that are essential in improving on their learning programs. The classrooms are well provided with the necessary equipment; there are three classroom equipped with LCD projector and there is another movable projector which helps to make class more innovative and having use of technology. This institution boasts rich literature resource, and has an automated library system with print and electronic based collection in sciences, management, social sciences, language and humanities. It’s fully endow with sophisticated accessories and resources such as CDROMs, DVD-ROMs, online databases, e-books and e-journals and run by a “BookNest” library software. For practical learning, purposes the college has computer lab with 28 computers that meet technological demands of the students and lecturer.

This is a course offered at KLE Society’s College of Commerce which only has one full time course – The B.Com. This study program is the three-year undergraduate degree with the aim to offer the understanding of commerce and business to the students. This has enabled the institution to offer advanced and comprehensive curriculum in delivering commerce courses and the sharpened skills that students develop to enable them to perform different tasks in the business fraternity.
