KLEU Institute of Physiotherapy of KLE University is one of the premier constituent college at Belagavi, was started in the year 1994 at Karnataka State of India. This institute is located in the central area of Belagavi and has been offering physiotherapy courses to the student’s community for almost 30 years. The campus of 101 acres is ideal for learning and also for the research works. Currently, KLEU Institute of Physiotherapy has 570 students and 23 faculties in which offers numerous courses in physiotherapy. Currently, the institute offers 12 courses at three levels of degrees to suit the various specialty in physiotherapy and rehabilitation sciences.

The institute boasts of equipped facilities that enhance the learning process in order to achieve a comprehensive result. The core of these settings is a 2400-bedded multispecialty hospital and acting as an ideal learning and experimentation ground. The library is a knowledge centre consisting a vast area of 3600 sq. ft. It’s enriched with books over 6000, 16 journals and 22electronic journals for the students. 

Physical fitness being a need, the institute has standard gym and playgrounds to help employees have a healthy lifestyle. From IT systems, students are always up to date with the current advanced and sophisticated technology in learning process. Hostel for boys and girls facilitates comfortable living; Discipline; Anti-ragging policies; etc. Campus also has auditorium for any functions and seminar, practical laboratory and cafeteria for snacks respectively.

Furthermore, the institute delivers the Post Graduate Diploma in Cardiac Rehabilitation as well. All the courses are offered full time with the purpose of establishing broad and profound understanding and experience in respective areas of specialization. For example, the Post Graduation Diploma in Cardiac Rehabilitation have an approval to have 18 students admitting capacity showing the specialization part of the segemt in offering specific area of physiotherapy.
