KLR College of Education, Paloncha, was established in the year 2007, it is an affiliated college in Bhadradri Kothagudem District of Telangana. Being a recognised institution in NCTE, this institution mainly focuses in providing teacher education. Klr college of education is located on a 3 acre land that provide a concentered learning atmosphere for the student. It has a student enrollment from 50 students and number of faculties are seven for the college Currently the college has student faculty ratio of 7:1. Although the college does not may be very big it offers a focused education in the area of teaching.

In its operation, the college has several facilities to enhance its educational goals. The central library operates from 8 am to 6 pm and is manned by a full time librarian The library has all types of reference books and subscribed books. Sciences, Social Studies, and Psychology labs are also provisioned to provide an efficient practical training context for students. The campus also has well-developed physical facilities particularly in the area of IT thus students have mastery in modern educational technologies. To ensure that students get all they need in their college, the college has sports facilities that help students to develop their physic and also to build their teams.

KLR College of Education currently offers one main course: the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program is a professional degree to be conferred on successful student teachers. This is a two year full time course with approved intake capacity of one hundred seats for the convince of the aspiring teachers. This B.Ed program therefore aims at preparing students with the requisite competency in order to be effective teachers in different education contexts.

The entry process into the KLR College of Education is by and large based on the Telangana Integrated Common Entrance Test (TSICET). In case of B.Ed program, 80% of the seats are allotted under convener quota wherein admissions are done directly by Convener Ed-CET. Applicants should have passed any degree from a University/ Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission. 

The rest 20 % of seats are under the management quota and the institutions admitting students directly on merit basis.
