KLR Degree and PG College, Paloncha is the affiliated college which was set up in the year 2001 at Bhadradri Kothagudem District of Telangana. This is a small university that provides learning space located on the area of 2.5 acres to study for the students. The college has enroled 339 students and is staffed by 16 professional members of the faculty. KLR Degree and PG College is a college that is dedicated to postgraduate learning and offers 3 separate courses in M.Sc., Physics, Organic Chemistry and Botany in case a number of students are willing to have more on pure science.

The college has a strong and clear focus towards the educational needs of the students so it strives to provide the necessary facilities for the students’ effective learning. There is a library that can be considered as knowledge center and allows students to get a number of academic materials. Modern laboratory facilities available in the college for each department provide practical experience for each department students. The college also appreciates the role of the computer and deems it worthy to provide a computer laboratory that houses 100Performing computers and broadband internet connection to ensure that the student can get connected to read and explore the modern learning resources.

The KLR Degree and PG College has a total of three postgraduate courses which are full time course. The M.Sc programmes in Physics, Organic Chemistry and Botany aims at producing students competent in advanced knowledge and research for their chosen discipline. 

The enrollment section of KLR Degree and PG College is facilitated via two mode of admission. That for the convener quota the admissions are directly under the jurisdiction of the Director of Admissions of the affiliating University, Kakatiya University. This procedure eliminates the risk of discrimination of candidates and allows selecting them according to University standards.
