Knowledge Business School (KBSS)  was started in the year 2011 at Salem in the state of Tamil Nadu. KBSS is a small college located a 0 acre plot, SBNT Road, NH-544 Salem–Kochi Highway; the college specialises in business management course. At the current time, Institute has 171 Off-campus students All admittance were fairly divided in term of male and female students with option of 109 male students and 90 female students respectively. Currently, the KBSS has 14 members in faculty, and in-terms of class-size, it has a good strength that will take care that the students get enough attention and proper education.

The schools under the management of Knowledge Business School has it privilege of possessing some of the following facilities with the purpose of improving the learning environment and accommodation of the students. The institute has an excellent library that acts as a knowledge resource centre, containing more than 9000 management books and 24 top management journals; 12 international and 12 domestic. The college has also been subscribed to research databases like DELNET, SPRINGER, NPTEL, National Digital Library for comprehensive research and learning purpose. It has new computer, centre which comprises of 120 personal computers, 32MBPS leased line internet facility to make students aware of latest technology. In an endeavour to develop the students’ personality in all facets possible, KBSS has made provisions for standard sports facilities since this aspect of the students goes hand in hand with building team spirit and sharp mentality.

The institute offers only one programme which is MBA which is a two academic year full time programme. The main aim of establishing this programme is to facilitate acquisition of knowledge and skills necessary for survival in the complex business environment. 

Admission process of Knowledge Business School includes MBA admissions wherein the primary criterion used for admission is Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET). This state level entrance is very much accepted and recognized for post graduate management programmes in Tamil Nadu.
