Degree wise Admission Process
B.Tech: KIST provides B.Tech courses in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, and Civil Engineering. Admissions are provided on the merit of JEE Main scores. The total approved intake for B.Tech courses is 390 seats, of which Mechanical Engineering has the largest intake of 120 seats.
MBA: MBA in KIST has a sanctioned strength of 60 seats. Admission is likely to be on the basis of OJEE scores but no details are given. The institute provides an MBA Integrated course of 60 seats where admissions will be purely on OJEE ranks as per Government of Odisha norms.
