Students are housed in the hostel in rooms that are spacious, clean and well-equipped with all the amenities of modern living.  A hostel warden supervises each student's health and safety and makes sure they follow the rules.

To give its students regular medical checkups, which are typically attended by a designated medical professional, COEB has a Doctor's Chamber. The COEB complex benefits from having access to major hospitals such as Kalinga Hospital, Apollo Hospital, KIMS Hospital, LV Prasad Eye Hospital and Amri Hospital, all of which are only 4 km away.

Infrastructure includes a basketball court, volleyball court, badminton court, play areas, martial arts exercise area, yoga hall, and a well-equipped gymnasium for both indoor and outdoor sports like cricket, football, and hockey that support our student's physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

KBS provides an innovative lab with 150 PCs with IBP servers linked to a fast broadband Fibre Optic/UTP-based network in a distributed Windows XP and Linux environment.

Cafeteria facilities including the juice centre offer nutritious and fibre-rich food to ensure a well-balanced diet. Serving buffet meals, and high-quality eatables in neat and clean surroundings is one of the salient features of the institution.

The college provides spacious and well-equipped auditorium facilities within the campus. The auditorium is used for conducting various academic activities and cultural programmes.

The institution makes provision for the students and staff members to use the transport facilities for which it maintains various buses which ply regularly on the stipulated routes between Bhubaneswar and Cuttack and in the suburban area of the temple city.
