Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule College of Education for Women was founded in 1970 at Mumbai, to prepare professional teachers for schools across the nation. This co-educational college is located at Vikhroli (E), Mumbai, and offers the facility of affiliation and is approved by the NCTE for Teacher Education. The college offers two full-time courses: Bachelors in Education (B. Ed) and Diploma in Teacher Education (D. T. Ed) with a student capacity of a total of one hundred and fifty. The college has a faculty of 8 members and at present it has 41 students which indicates that it offers a concentrated atmosphere for education calibrate.
