Krishna Bora B.Ed. College, Lanka, Hojai, Nagaon, Assam, is one of the institutions of premier teacher education. This is a co-educational college, established in 1996. The college is an affiliated one and has got recognition from NCTE, New Delhi. Catering to quality education, Krishna Bora B.Ed. College has specialized in only two courses, namely, B.Ed. and D.El.Ed., with the former targeting aspiring teachers at the secondary level and the latter at the elementary level. Basically, this student-centered college has a total student enrolment of 185 and a faculty strength of 24, which provides an conducive learning environment.

The D.El.Ed. programme can accommodate 50 students and is a two-year course to train teachers for elementary education. Both the programmes are so structured as to provide both theoretical and practical training adequately.

The Admission Procedure for the Admitted Students at Krishna Bora B.Ed. College is stipulated to be completely merit-based and transparent. Admission to B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. courses is based on qualifying examination marks or performance in entrance examinations. However, the selection of students may also be made through any other process as stipulated by the state government/Union Territory administration, or the affiliated university.
