KRP College of Arts and Science, Kakkivadanpatti, is one of the youngest institutes, which was established in the year 2019 but plays a good role in moulding the youth lives. Established in the colourful town of Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, this college houses a plethora of undergrad courses in arts, science, and commerce streams. The college is also relatively small in size; it occupies only 5.3 acres of area and has 77 students registered on the campus. The college has a robust staff complement with an anticipated 16 members in its faculty, making student treatment more personal. Despite being relatively young, KRP College is gradually establishing a position as a higher education institution that currently teaches 8 courses within 4 programmes.

The KRP College of Arts and Science currently has a total of 8 programmes for the undergraduate degree and all of these programmes have full-time study. The course sections are classified according to the faculties of arts, science, and commerce to meet the different specialisation areas. Among these, existing general programmes include BA, B.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science, BBA, and B.Com. with Computer Applications. 

When completed, each of these degree programmes will take the students three years to complete and they are expected to prepare them well for the future job markets or for the next level of studies. Despite the college still being a developing institution, the college has developed a structured academic setting with a total student enrolment of seventy-seven students at the current time, a number that the college maintains to ensure delivery of quality education due to the fact that comes with the ability to allow class sizes to be smaller.
