KSP Mandal’s College of Library and Information Science for year was started in the year 2008 situated at Osmanabad, Maharashtra. This affiliated college focuses on training students in libraries and information science with a clear niched curriculum for information professionals. The institute is situated on a small premises of 0.5 acres; it takes an aggregate of 110 students in total and requires having two qualified teachers. The college provides only one course of postgraduate level, that is Master of Library Science (M.Lib.Sc.), which is a full one-year course and has been formulated to impart full time education. It is a co-education institution, and cost allows it to accept students from all over thus promoting the diverse population of the college.
