KSR College of Arts and Science for Women, Tiruchengode, popularly known as KSRCASW, is one of the reputed women’s colleges. Namakkal is one of the affiliated colleges of the Kerala varsity, which was started in 2009. The campus is located at K.S.R. Kalvi Nagar, Thokkavadi, which provides a proper ambiance for learning. Spread across three institutions, KSRCASW provides education to a total of 1,652 students and 82 faculty members. The college currently provides 18 courses in 7 degree programmes, meant for students with different potential fields of specialisation and needs. In its portfolio, KSRCASW provides 14 undergraduate and 4 postgraduate programmes. Undergraduate education includes arts, commerce, and science, and the key programmes include BA English, B.Com., BCA, and different B.Sc. courses. Postgraduate courses in the college area comprise M.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, and Costume Design and Fashion, M.Com.
