5. College Application: Candidates applying to KCTM must select it on their list of preferred colleges from the counselling event.
6. Seat Allotment: Candidates having APICET rank and whose ranks corresponded to the number of available seats will be allocated a seat at KCTM.
7. Reporting to College: In the event of allotment, students should send a report to KCTM within the specified time frame given for document verification and finalisation of admission.
Degree wise Admission Process
MBA: At KCTM, the Master of Business Administration course is admission-based due to APICET scores. Qualification of APICET shall enable a student's application for admission into MBA programs. Admissions are typically based upon the performance of the candidate in the entrance exam followed by any subsequent selection criteria in the college.
MCA: KCTM uses APICET scores as selection criteria for its Master of Computer Applications program. To be eligible for the program, a student should have graduated with mathematics as one of the subjects in the graduation qualification. The final selection will depend on the applicant's APICET rank along with any specific criteria that the institute may mention.
