The Kurukshetra College of Education, Kurukshetra, came into existence as a powerful professional teacher-training institute in the year 2007. The total area is 4 acres, located at Thanesar, Kurukshetra, Haryana. The environment is just perfect for teaching and learning purposes. It has enrolment of  196 students in total, while it has 5 faculty members, thus enabling a very favorable student-teacher ratio for personal attention and guidance.

The establishment has a set of facilities that complement the learning experiences of its students. Sporting facilities take care of their physical well-being and provide them with healthy activities alongside academics. An auditorium provides a setting for various programs and symposia, supplying a platform for intellectual debates and cultural functions. The library serves as a treasure house of wisdom, fueling their academic searches. There are also departmental laboratories which facilitate practical training among the students who will be teachers in the near future. The great infrastructure in IT helps the learner to shift into the world of digital education. It ensures the well-being of the student community by establishing a health centre with first-aid facilities.

Kurukshetra College of Education focused curriculum is reflected in its most important program-the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). The college offers a two-year full-time course to aspiring entrants in the teaching profession. 

 Admission is provided to the Kurukshetra College of Education based on merit. The admission policy has followed the state government, U.T. Administration, and the university. Anything else, as considered appropriate under the existing policies, which can be adopted by the college to select the candidates.
