In order to apply under this quota in the colleges of these states, you must produce migration certificate issued by the DC of the state, or the District Magistrate.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

559 marks equivalent to an ALL INDIA QUOTA rank of 5908 was the cutoff last year for SC reserved category under 15% AIQ quota in Lady Hardinge Medical colllege, New Delhi. It's one of the top 10 medical College in India. It's established since 1916. Highly qualified faculty and the hospital is also good. 24×7 library available inside the campus. Nice hostel facilities. Academy is quite hectic as it's a very professional field.
As per need college infrastructure and facilities are ok. Classrooms are fully air conditioned. Laboratories are good and equipments are also well available. Library, hostels,etc. are good but food facilities are little bit need to be improved.
