Lakhimpur Kendriya Mahavidyalaya was established in the year 1992. This is a co-educational institution and is located in Lakhimpur, Assam. This affiliated college has a campus of 14.826 acres and is accredited by NAAC. The institution, with a total student intake of 709 and a faculty strength of 27, offers 18 courses across 2 degrees.

The major hub among these facilities is a well-spaced and well-furnished Late Mohan Chandra Roy Library, named after the legendary educationist and founder Principal. The college also offers good infrastructure to the women students in the form of a well-equipped hostel inside the campus that houses a capacity of 60 students.
