Lakhmi Chand Patwari College Of Education, Baghpat was established in the year 2004, is a private affiliated college situated in Khekra, Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. This co-educational institution is recognised from National Council for Teacher Education Norms& Standards(NCTE) stressing on quality teacher teaching profession. Located on Delhi Saharanpur Road, Peripheral Expressway the college has six degree programmes comprising of both undergraduate and post graduate in education and arts.

For B.Ed and D.El.Ed programmes, admissions have been made strictly on merit through mark secured in the qualifying examination along with or entrance test as per norms of Govt of West Bengal/GoI or may declare for being followed for admission in B.Ed/D.EL.ED programmes in West Bengal.
