Lakhmi Chand Patwari College Of Education, Baghpat was established in the year 2004, is a private affiliated college situated in Khekra, Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. This co-educational institution is recognised from National Council for Teacher Education Norms& Standards(NCTE) stressing on quality teacher teaching profession. Located on Delhi Saharanpur Road, Peripheral Expressway the college has six degree programmes comprising of both undergraduate and post graduate in education and arts. Zealous more towards building quality teachers of tomorrow, the college has established itself as the leading teacher training and education college.

It also provides D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education), B.Ed (Bachelor of Education), B.P.Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education), M.Ed (Master of Education), BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) and BA (Bachelor of Arts). The college has a strong student absorption potentiality, which provides 100 seats in both D.El.Ed & B.Ed, 50 for B.P.Ed and 25 for M.Ed. These various programmes enable the students to select option that may relate to his or her learning career in education and related disciplines. 

Lakhmi Chand Patwari College of Education has different ways of admitting students depending on the course of their interest. For B.Ed and D.El.Ed programmes, admissions have been made strictly on merit through mark secured in the qualifying examination along with or entrance test as per norms of Govt of West Bengal/GoI or may declare for being followed for admission in B.Ed /D.EL.ED programmes in West Bengal. The M.Ed programme also go through same process but with added aspect concerning to the Central Government or University policies. For B.P.Ed admission is offered based on sports proficiency test, physical fitness test and performance in academics. The college admits students based on standards recommended by the regulatory authorities and policies in regard to fairness in the process.
