Lakshmi Narayan Sahu Mahavidyalaya, Jagatpur which is an affiliated college was established in the year 1980 is situated in Cuttack of Odisha state. Located to the side of NH-5 and spread across a land area of 4.1 acres this institution has been. The college is NAAC accredited, which provides evidence of our quality educational systems in the college. The college has one thousand one hundred and fifteen total students and nineteen faculties, The college has sixteen courses in six degree programmes. They offer numerous courses cutting across a spectrum of Arts, Commerce and Science specialisation which address diverse learner interests.

To support its users, the Lakshmi Narayan Sahu Mahavidyalaya comprises of various amenities intended for improving students learning experience. The core of these privileges is well furnished Library, containing numbers of text books, references, magazines, Journals and Newspapers etc. Currently the library has installed automation software and is connected to the internet using bar codes for managing the books. The institution clearly embraces a broad spectrum of honours courses in the areas of Economics, Education, English, History, Odia, Political Science, Commerce, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics.
