It was established in the year 1996 and is named after the former Prime Minister of India, Lal Bahadur Shastri. The institute is affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) Lucknow and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Educational journey, growth, friendships and memories.
College Infrastructure
LBS has a small campus but we were provided with proper academic buildings, library, computer lab, etc. All the classes are well equipped. We have good large classrooms with ACs, proper seating facility and a lot of books in our library to study. For sports we had cricket games, Table Tennis and badminton only. College was always clean.
