Lalgola College is a rural college which is affiliated to Murshidabad, West Bengal, established in the year 2005. The institution of higher learning has a compact campus of 3.12 acres and offers undergraduate programmes with a major focus on arts stream. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council accredited this college, which grew steadily since its inception with a total student enrolment of 2,173 and a faculty strength of 26 dedicated educators. The institution offers 12 courses across 2 degrees, majorly comprising programmes in the disciplines of humanities and social sciences.

Admission to general courses will be made according to merit.
