Lalit Narayan Tirhut Mahavidyalaya, Muzaffarpur, established in 1967, is one amongst the leading constituent colleges of Bihar, India. The campus extends over an area of 4 acres of land. Quality in the teaching and learning process is synonymous with this organization. The college is accredited by NAAC and offers numerous undergraduate courses. Though the college campus is endowed with a strength of 2,522 students and a faculty of 18 in number, this strength is maintained proudly and congenially in the learning environment.

The library holds more than 75,000 books, periodicals, and journals, making it an information hub for both students and staff. Adequately provided for by Lalit Narayan Tirhut Mahavidyalaya are sports facilities, and an Annual Sports Day is looked forward to by one and all.
