Established in 2004, the Law College, Durgapur, is an affiliated college located in Durgapur, West Bengal. Located within a sprawling 65-acre campus with its students' thoughts and ventures approved by the Bar Council of India. The College conducts four diversified courses, which includes three full-time degree programmes and a postgraduate diploma. With an enrolment of 923 and with a faculty strength of 29, Durgapur's Law College possesses all the basic infrastructural facilities that should be for a college dedicated to law.

The campus is full of several facilities to ensure that the student has a better stay in school. There are separate hostels for all students, boys and girls, and hostels for the different region-based students. Actually, the library is a real nerve centre for sources like books, periodicals, and journals pertaining to pursuits belonging to different streams of education. It has a health centre and gymnasium facility. It has an auditorium along with sports infrastructure in the college campus for academic and extracurricular activities. More importantly, the college has a moot court, where a student can conduct legal proceedings and get accustomed to actual life practice. The college offers four full-time courses comprising various aspects of Legal education and Social Work. Besides the three-year LLB (Hons) programme, it also offers five-year integrated BA LLB (Hons) course, the two-year Master of Social Work (MSW) programme, and Post graduate Diploma in Cyber Law for one-year duration, Of these, the LLB (Hons) programme is the flagship course for the college, and the intake seats number around 120 as per the approval of the BCI.  The reporting of the exact admission procedures carried out at Law College,
