Liberal College of Education, Indore was founded in 2009 to provide teaching & education at post graduate and undergraduate level. This is a co-educational institute situated in Pigdambar, Rau, Indore, spread across a 2.5 acres of land providing a conducive environment for the teachers in making.The Maharishi Institute of Management & Education is a co-Education Institute settled at Pigdambar, Rau, Indore sprawled in the expanse of 2.5 acres to provide a favorable ambience for prospective teachers. It also affiliated to National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) approved college, which offer effective training programs for teachers. As of the current population, the number of students is 217 and this has made the institute to ensure that adequate access to student-faculty ratio for the students is provided.

Liberal College of Education currently offers two main courses: Two programs are available one is Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) and the other one is the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program. The two are full-time courses, while the D.El.Ed takes two years to complete. The capacity for each of these programs have received affiliation for 100 students hence the institute offers 200 seats in the two programs in total. These course of study are to produce knowledgeable human resources in the field of education that would help make the student productive in the teaching profession.
