Little Rose College of Education, Draksharama, is one such institution which was established in the year 2004. The given institution is a co-educational college which trains future teachers. The affiliated college is situated in Venkatayapalem, Draksharama, East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh that has received approval from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Spread over a spacious 2-acre campus, the college has two full-time education programmes in place and can admit a total enrolment of 141 students. The institute has a faculty strength of 9 and maintains a healthy student-to-teacher ratio, which can ensure personalised attention and quality education.

Little Rose College of Education is  equipped with a range of facilities that can upgrade the quality of education and learning for its students. At the core of these facilities stands a well-developed library holding 2400 books, 21 journals, and 6 magazines accompanied by a commodious reading hall with an Open Access System. Little Rose College of Education offers mainly two courses under the Faculty of Education. Both B.Ed. and D.Ed. are two-year, full-time courses with an approved intake of 100 students for each programme at 200 seats in total. This specialisation makes the institution hold an extremely sharp focus on the teaching training and studies programme.

The admission process in the institution Little Rose College of Education is strictly merit-based. This process is guided by state government as well as university policies. Admission to the B.Ed programme is made on merit of marks in the qualifying examination and/or result of the entrance examination.
