LM College of Pharmacy known through the abbreviation of LMCP is a premier institution established in 1947 at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Affiliated with Gujarat University, this NAAC-accredited, co-educational institution has approval from both the PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) and the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The college provides a plethora of pharmacy courses—4 undergraduate courses and 5 postgraduate courses—with a total enrolment of 509 students. The total strength of the college faculty amounts to 43 members, making the student-to-teacher ratio adequate. The percentage of female students is 51% while that of male students is 49%; hence, LMCP can be regarded as an institute that provides a friendly learning environment.
The college is facilitated with a large number of resources to help its students with educational and personal development. There are also two hostels on the campus, among which one is for boys and the other is for girls. The boys' hostel consists of 68 rooms and houses accommodation in number of 140 students. The accommodation for girls during their college term is provided at L.T. Munshaw girls' hostel, at Commerce Six Road. The college is also has a library, which truly is a treasury for knowledge, as it contains more than 18,000 books, 7,732 journal volumes, and 1,445 thesis.
It is equipped with a medical center and first aid availability relative to students' and teachers' health, and first-class facilities comprising modern IT infrastructure, laboratories, equipment, sports, canteen, and auditorium to ensure the smooth conduct of various events and seminars on campus. These facilities provide a total education experience that leads to the overall development of the individual and to personal development. It provides a full pharmacy course with B.Pharma, and M.Pharma in different specializations, D.Pharma, Pharm.D, and Pharm.D Post Baccalauréat.
In total, the college admits 509 students for all its programs. The flagship course of the institute happens to the B.Pharma, for which it takes in 75 students every year, while the highest intake happens to the D.Pharma with an intake of 120 every year. To take the case of the postgraduate programs, the M.Pharma programs in these specializations such as Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmacology, and Medical Pharmaceutical Chemistry have capacities of 8-10 each. The Pharm.D program is supported for 30 students. The number of students is quite supported in the program Pharm.D Post Baccalaureate, going up to 60 students. There are multidisciplinary offerings, which cater to varied career choices in the pharmaceutical domain.

Admission at LMCP is merit-based and the process varies with varying programs. Admissions to B.Pharma are through the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET). Postgraduate admissions to M.Pharma are through the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) and Gujarat Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (Gujarat PGCET). The students for the Pharm.D course are admitted based on the scores in the 12th science theory paper and subjects of physics, chemistry, and biology/maths.

The GUJCET cutoff trends depends on the variety of factore like :
Difficulty level of GUJCET 2022 .
Total Number of Seats Available.
Total Number of Applications Received.
Previous Years Cutoff Trends.
ACPC will release the GUJCET cutoff 2022 on the official website.
However, looking at the previous year cutoff trrends, Your GUJCET score should be minimum 105+ and your 12th result should be maximum possible to get a good ranking in the entrance as 60% result of class 12 and 40% of GUJCET will be considered for admission in any college. Also, for General Category Students the minimum GUJCET score must be around 150+ out of 300 to get eligible for GUJCET.
