Lokmani Memorial Degree College is situated in Seohara in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Established in the year 2008, it is an affiliated college. It is 2.47 acres large with an academic diversification program in 35 courses and 10 degrees. The total student strength is 1,727 with a faculty of 22. The Lokmani Memorial Degree College, approved by the NCTE, offers courses oriented toward different disciplines in the Arts, Science, Commerce, and Education streams. 

There is a well-stocked library where students have an excellent source of accessing not only academic books but also some non-academic ones to develop further knowledge beyond what is being taught in the class. There are two practical laboratories fully equipped to provide practical training to the learners beside theoretical inputs. The computer labs, where students gain important digital skills, are a testament to the investment of the college in technology. The 200-meter athletic track and sports equipment can be used for students who exhibit some element of sportsmanship in their performances, which assist in their prowess while building team spirit. During the annual functions organised by the college, students are given an opportunity to showcase their talents. It also has a guest house for visiting faculty and a waiting room for the family members of the students. Concurrently, a health centre with first-aid facilities takes care of their basic medical needs on campus. Lokmani Memorial Degree College offers a wide array of courses across different levels and disciplines. 

The college offers 35 courses. It offers full-time courses: Bachelor's degrees in Arts, Science, Commerce, Business Administration, and Education and Master's programmes in different subjects. The B.Ed. course, being one of the mainstay courses of the college, has an approved intake of 100 seats. Other popular courses include M.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology, and MA in English, Home Science, Geography, and Sociology. The college also offers courses at the specialised levels: B.Sc. Microbiology and Industrial Chemistry, up to date with the needs of new burgeoning sciences.

The admission process of the Lokmani Memorial Degree College is meritorious and based on the performance of the candidate in the last examination.
