Lokmanya Tilak Institute of Architecture and Design Studies, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, was established in 2011. This is a well-known affiliated college, approved by the Council of Architecture, with specialisation in architectural education and design studies. Having a compact area of 1.599 acres, this campus provides ample opportunity for focused learning to budding architects. The institute currently has a total enrolment of 376 students and is supported by a faculty of 23 dedicated professionals.

LTIADS boasts of various facilities available to make the learning process of its students enriching. There is a well-stacked library that acts as the knowledge hub for architectural research and study. State-of-the-art laboratories in departments help students gain practical knowledge of the subject. The institute has a beautiful auditorium where events and seminars take place, which is an integral part in maintaining the healthy academic atmosphere. Currently, LTIADS has a single principal course, the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program. This is a full-time, five-year degree course and the mainstay of the institute's academic programs. The approved intake of 80 seats makes the B.Arch course at LTIADS wholesome architectural education that also prepares the students for bright prospects in their careers. Since the institute offers a single specialised program, it provides a concentrated and in-depth approach toward the studies of architecture.

Admission admission comes out very clearly on the lines of national norms of architectural education at LTIADS. It accepts admission scores in two major entrance examinations, namely, the National Aptitude Test in Architecture and the Joint Entrance Examination Main,JEE Main. These exams test a candidate's aptitude and skills for pursuing a professional career in architecture. LTIADS is recognised by the Council of Architecture as a center for conducting NATA—a pointer to the commitment towards maintaining high standards in architectural education.
