Established in the year 2012, Lokmanya Tilak Law College is one of the constituent colleges of Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, set in the beautiful city of Pune, Maharashtra. The college undertakes three broad law programmes. Affiliated with the Bar Council of India (BCI), this institution aids to quality legal education to the budding lawyers of future. It offers a Moot Court as part of the curricular and extracurricular activities where students are provided with a unique opportunity to improve their presentation skills and get firsthand exposure into the practical aspects of the courtroom. Hostel facilities are made available both to boys and girls. The girls hostel can accommodate 96 students whereas boys hostel accommodates 48 students. Lokmanya Tilak Law College offers three law programmes, including the different levels of legal education. The law college gives 3-year LLB course, 5-year integrated BA LLB, and also the option of 2-year LLM after graduating from the undergraduate levels. The college can accommodate as many aspiring legal professionals in its various programmes. So the total number of seats is approximately 300. There are a total of 120 seats in the LLB and BA LLB programmes. On the other hand, the LLM programme provides 60 altogether, thereby allowing for an active student body at the institute.
