LR Institute of Technology and Management was established in the year 2008. It is an affiliated college in Haryana, India. This institution has received approval from AICTE and offers various diploma programmes in engineering and medical laboratory technology. The institute has a campus of 5.25 acres with enrolment of 163 students pursuing different courses and 49 as faculty strength. The institute offers six full-time diploma courses in different disciplines of Engineering and Medical Laboratory Technology. With its commitment to technical education, LRITM aims at turning out students into successful professionals in their chosen fields.

The institute has different amenities to aid a student’s life and support their academic course. The campus contains well-managed hostels for boys and girls with modern facilities and mess. Also, it acts as the main source of information where students can borrow books for research purposes or teaching-learning activities, besides, the library is also supplied with book banks that allows pupils to access various books related to their courses. For those who consider sporty and fitness enthusiastic, LRITM has set up indoor and outdoor sports places like volleyball, cricket, football, table tennis etc along with gymnasiums. 

LRITM offers a total of six diploma courses, all of which are full-time programmes with a duration of three years. The institute has a total intake of 420 seats in students across all its courses. The programmes offered at the diploma level include Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Medical Laboratory Technology.                          

The admissions into LRITM are made on the basis of merit in the Diploma Entrance Test conducted by the State Board of Technical Education, Haryana. This kind of examination guarantees a fair and healthy competition amongst the aspiring students. The institute follows a semester system for all its courses, as per guidelines issued by the Department of Technical Education, Haryana. The State Board shall notify prospective students about the important dates associated with DET, its deadline for application submission, and the dates of the examination.
