Hi Thanish!! Congratulations on your JEE Main result but I am sorry to inform you SRM doesn't consider JEE Main rank as it has a entrance exam of it's own named SRMJEE in which you had to appear and depending on the rank you get in that exam, you appear for counselling and get admission in the university.
Hope that helped.Thank you
Dear aspirant!!! Congratulations on your rank,I would like to inform you that yes you do have to pay your first year fees during counselling but they'll give you a date(which is always after the advanced result) before which you'll be able to withdraw and get your money back with deduction of the counselling fee but if you try to withdraw after the date fixed you'll not be refunded anything.
Hope that helped.Thank you

hello tapish sharma!
SRM UNIVERSITY KTR CAMPUS is a good one and you would be having students from all over India.
yes there would be many south indian students but also there wouldnt be north indian students less either.
you will be safe and sound there do not worry that just because you are from north and rajasthan you would face many problems.it wont happen.
everything will be good and depends on our behaviour.
initially there would be some problems like food, environment, people and all.but remember these are initial challenges itself and they would fade eventually.they all are learnings for you.
concentrate on your long term goal and focus over it.
if you really want to study there once visit the campus see and talk to students and faculty over there and decide.
i suggest you to visit the campus see the library ,classrooms.labs, hostels everything and talk to students out there and then decide.
all the very best
thank you
