M Dasan Institute of Technology (M-DIT), Kozhikode is a self-financing engineering college established in 2012. M-DIT Kozhikode offers 4-year B.Tech courses in branches like Civil, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication and others. Additionally, M-DIT Kozhikode courses at the PG level include 2-year M.Tech courses in 2 branches: Computer Science and Environmental Engineering. M-DIT Kozhikode admission to B.Tech courses is based on the rank obtained in the KEAM examination. Admission to the M.Tech courses is on the basis of GATE scores.
The college provides various scholarships to students to fund their studies. M-DIT Kozhikode scholarships are provided to deserving students who are meritorious or have low financial income. The college has a dedicated placement cell that organises campus recruitment drives, pre-placement training, mock interviews, aptitude tests, group discussions and other activities. Apart from it, the college also offers various academic and infrastructural facilities. The college was founded by the M. Dasan Memorial Co-operative Institute of Engineering and Information Technology. M-DIT Kozhikode is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. It is an affiliated college of the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU).
