Established in the year 2004, Maa Bandhui Devraj Mahavidyalaya is an affiliated college situated at Pashuhari in Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh. This college is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education and is committed to imparting good education through various academic programmes. It enjoys a faculty pool of 19 committed teachers, which creates a sound environment for good education. The institute offers three distinct degree programmes that meet different educational needs. Though specific rank data is not produced, the college is evidence of a commitment to delivering  quality education through NCTE approval and the numerous courses that comes under it.

There are three full-time courses offered by Maa Bandhui Devraj Mahavidyalaya including the Bachelor of Education, the Bachelor of Arts, and the Diploma in Elementary Education. The allotted students' strength in the two years' full-time B.Ed is 100, and in the two years' full-time D.El.Ed, this is 50. The intake capacity is not specified for this specific three-year course. The B.A. programme is designed to aid to students keen on education and arts, ripe to provide a good launch for their careers.

The admission process at Maa Bandhui Devraj Mahavidyalaya is subject to the programme for which a student is enroled.
