Established in the year 2004, Maa Bandhui Devraj Mahavidyalaya is an affiliated college situated at Pashuhari in Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh. This college is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education and is committed to imparting good education through various academic programmes. It enjoys a faculty pool of 19 committed teachers, which creates a sound environment for good education. The institute offers three distinct degree programmes that meet different educational needs.

There are several facilities within Maa Bandhui Devraj Mahavidyalaya designed to make sure that the learning experience of the students is bettered overall. There are three full-time courses offered by Maa Bandhui Devraj Mahavidyalaya including the Bachelor of Education, the Bachelor of Arts, and the Diploma in Elementary Education. The allotted students' strength in the two years' full-time B.Ed is 100, and in the two years' full-time D.El.Ed, this is 50. 

The admission process at Maa Bandhui Devraj Mahavidyalaya is subject to the programme for which a student is enroled. Admission is made on merit, based on the marks obtained at the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination, if any, keeping in view the rules in force concerning the reservation of seats as per the state government guidelines and the availability of seats.
