Maa Saraswati TT College Padampur in Ganganagar district of Rajasthan is affiliated college was established in 2008. This teacher training institution was recognised by National Council for Teacher Education- India (NCTE), in order to provide quality education in the area of teaching. Located in a campus area of 1 hectare, the college today has a total student population of 187 and a faculty of 16 members. Maa Saraswati TT College provides only one course leading to the award of a degree, this being in the area of education with emphasis on building capacity of effective teachers for the future.

The Maa Saraswati TT College is fully aware of the quality of its enabling environment as a positive influence on its students. It has several facilities that supplement learning and opened more opportunities for more knowledge acquisition. This is as two-year degree programme that aims at producing teaching and education profession graduates. The college has an approved capacity of 100 student for this programme in order to allow the college to offer quality education since itिऽ maintain a good student teacher ratio.

The eligibility criteria in the admission process of Maa Saraswati TT College, for the B.Ed course, are merit basis. Admissions are of two types: merit based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination or entrance test as per the policy of the state as well as university.
