BA Courses: BA courses with different specializations like Philosophy, Political Science, Assamese, English, Economics, History, Geography, Anthropology, Education, and Mathematics are offered by Madhab Choudhury College. The college has an intake capacity of 600 seats in BA courses. Admission is done based on merit only through marks in the entrance exam (10+2).
B.Sc Courses: B.Sc courses with specializations in Mathematics, Anthropology, Geography, Zoology, Botany, Chemistry, and Physics are offered by the college. The intake of B.Sc courses is 400 seats. Just like BA courses, admission in B.Sc courses is done on the basis of merit based on the performance of the candidate in the 10+2 examination, especially in science subjects.
BCA Programme: The college can use cut-off marks or conduct an admission test for final selection to the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) programme. The BCA intake capacity is 30 seats.
MA Assamese: The MA Assamese programme can be admitted on the basis of an entrance test conducted by the department. The programme has an intake of 20 seats.
M.Sc in Botany: Admission to M.Sc Botany is on the basis of an entrance test held by the department or as determined by Gauhati University. There are 10 seats available in the program.
